EPA AVERT tool for Estimating GHG Emissions Savings
The AVoided Emissions and geneRation Tool (AVERT) can be used to estimate GHG emissions savings from solar installations.
The Los Angeles County Solar Planning tool uses a detailed 3D model to estimate the energy potential of rooftop or carport solar module installations. The rooftop tools allow you to find a parcel and estimate the total energy capacity of a rooftop installation. Note that data from the LA County tool already incorporated into the Community Solar Opportunities Map.
